We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14–30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Sale items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Personal use items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank

Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
